1. How to choose material for filter bag with good price ?
Since every filter has its own characteristics and parameters, when we choose filter material for dust collector filter bag, we have to know the following parameters:
(1) Working temperature
(2) Humidity
(3) Dust diameter
(4) Gas' chemical properties
(5) Dust abrasiveness
(6) Filter's mechanical parameters
(7) Brand name of the dust Collector.
(8) Is it a revise air or pulse jet
2.When we produce the filter bags ,you need to provide the below size :
1.The diameter of the filter bags /the semi-perimeter of the filter bags
2.The length of the filter bags
3.The diameter of CPO and the thickness of CPO on dust collector on dust collector
4.The drawing of the filter bags or the sample of the bag

In normal circumstances, the products can be delivered within 15 working days after your deposit.
6.Why aren't my bags lasting as long as they used to?
Usually because they are working harder. Bag's life is limited by the amount of dust captured, not by hours they are used. Bags filtering clean working environment may last a year. A bag filtering high dust containing plant may only last a few weeks. A product can appear clean to the naked eye and still be full of particles that are too small to see.
7.How do I know when to change bags?
Monitor the inlet pressure. The pressure drop across a bag rises as the active surface area is used up. When the pressure starts to raise faster the bag is almost used up and should be changed. Every application is different, but a good rule of thumb is to change bags when you see 8-12 PSI pressure drop (the difference in pressure between the filter's inlet and outlet).
8.How many times can I clean and reuse a filter bag?
Filter bags are designed for one time use. Attempting to clean a bag will stretch the material. Some holes will get bigger and allow dust to get through. Other holes will get smaller, plug up faster, and start removing things from the product that are supposed to stay in it.
9.Do you offer volume/distributor discounts?
We do offer volume discounts, but that is based on the quantities ordered and frequency of orders. Contact us in regards to volume discounts and we will gladly give you more details.
10.What shipments are available?
Normally, we ship goods by sea,air or express. Special requirement can also be acceptable.
