Aokai has specialized in industrial air filtration since 2004. Jiangsu Aokai Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. Manufactures needle-punched filter media, dust collector filter bags, and filter bag cages. Our product range includes Polyester, PPS, PTFE, P84, Aramid, Fiberglass, and Acrylic filter media, with options such as PTFE membrane, antistatic, water- and oil-repellent, and high-efficiency surface treatments. We focus on filtration components and application engineering rather than complete dust collector systems.
Aokai serves power generation and industrial boilers, waste incineration, asphalt mixing, cement, steel and metallurgy, chemicals, mining, grain processing, biomass, and new-energy applications. Our technical team selects materials and bag constructions according to operating temperature, gas chemistry, moisture, dust characteristics, cleaning method, and emission requirements.
Our annual production capacity reaches 4 million square meters of filter media, 4 million filter bags, and 2 million filter cages. Raw materials and finished products are tested for fiber composition, air permeability, tensile strength, elongation, thermal shrinkage, moisture regain, oil content, and melting point. Batch records support product traceability. The company operates under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
